The Norwegian Defence Material Agency (NDMA) will publish a tender competition for laboratory services in the near future. This will be in the form of one or more framework agreements. The Contracting Authority requests feedback from the market related to the attached list of tests and following questions. The purpose of the RFI is to establish a better understanding of the marked and its capability.
